2009

The Beginning

Maria and Daniel Rivera open the doors of Cafe Rio on Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, with a menu of 12 signature dishes and a dream to serve their community.

2012

First Expansion

After winning the Las Vegas Food & Beverage Award for Best Newcomer, we expanded our seating capacity and launched our first catering service.

2015

Online Ordering Launch

We launched our digital ordering platform, making it easier than ever for customers to enjoy Cafe Rio from the comfort of their homes.

2018

Farm Partnerships

We formalized partnerships with five local Nevada farms, committing to 80% locally sourced produce and launching our first seasonal menu.

Sustainability Pledge
